I am an Instructional Designer and Writer with superior project management and multimedia editing skills. Thriving at the intersection of technical and creative content, I enjoy challenging fast-paced environments that continually test the limits of my abilities. I have experience in all aspects of instructional design from project management to the details of development. While my current expertise is primarily with Corporate Training, I also have experience in K-12 and Higher Education content. I am well versed in editing multimedia content, including video, digital photos, and audio. I am also comfortable with editing markup languages, such as HTML and XML.

I work on the Google People Operations xWS extended workforce team designing and aligning training content to the needs of internal clients.
My biggest accomplishments at Google include:
- Designing and developing 40 eLearning modules to better serve the vendor managers throughout the larger Alphabet.

At Mosaic we adapt to our client’s training needs to deliver instructional design expertise. Through this partnership, I work on PG&E’s Academy team to create high quality safety training content. I assist the team through story boarding content with SME’s to design and develop cutting edge courses that help ensure the safety of PG&E’s employees, partners, and customers.
My biggest contributions to PG&E Academy include:
1. Leading the development of a new WBT template to enhance legacy Gas Pipeline Maintenance Construction Contractor Onboarding courses using Articulate Storyline.
2. Troubleshooting bugs encountered when converting legacy files from previous Storyline versions to Articulate 360.
3. Training fellow team members on the use of multiple versions of Articulate Storyline, gaining the reputation as the Storyline Expert.

Contract Techincal Writer II @ Google via Synergis
October 2016 – October 2017
As a contract Technical Writer on Google’s Data Center team, I edited and developed a wide variety of training and other material specific to Google’s global fleet of Data Centers. I provided instructional design, UX feedback, UX testing, and supported the DC Team with project management tasks by working closely with the stakeholders and SMEs at Google.
My biggest accomplishments at Google include:
1. Mapping the E2E flow process of the many tools and processes that are used throughout Data Center teams. This involved meeting with key team leads, white boarding their tools and processes, and turning those white boarding sessions into a coherent E2E flow chart map.
2. Successfully project managing the migration of 17,000+ media files from a vendor, including meta data tracking.
3. Turning complex presentations and Docs into interactive courses for Google Data Center Nooglers.
4. Creating how-to documents and videos on internal tools and processes.
Multimedia Technical Editor/Writer (Contract via Advantis) at Hitachi Data Systems

At Hitachi Data Systems I wore many hats as I edited, wrote, and provided instructional design input on a wide variety of global sales and technical training courses for HDS Academy. My biggest accomplishment at HDS was designing a brand new course in collaboration with Hitachi Construction Management in which the learners were taught how to adjust a main relief valve on a Hitachi excavator from complex source materials.

At Facebook I researched assigned trending topics and curated high-quality relevant posts, images, and videos from the people, companies, and organizations involved in the story globally. In this role I also copy edited headlines and wrote snippets for my assigned topics.

At Comcourse I fulfilled many roles as I developed content, trained instructors and faculty, offered instructional design feedback, managed instructors and SMEs, and built courses in multiple LMSs in varying formats. My biggest accomplishment at Comcourse was designing and creating a course for instructors on adapting their on-ground courses to be either hybrid or online. This course made the transition much easier for instructors new to online teaching.
