We all need to get scrappy once in awhile when we are developing. Not all clients have robust development tools and some rely solely on Google products to run their business. You can be a developer the gawks at this, or you can role up your sleeves and get the job done. Here at Social Chestnut we pride ourselves on being scrappy, so when I had issues getting a Google Sites banner image to crop properly, I did a Google search and found a nifty solution created by Alice Keeler.
